ATS Medical Pouch- Small

The ATS Medical Blow-out Pouch is an advanced design that exceeds the current standard for individual first aid kits. When seconds count, standard trauma equipment can be difficult to access because usually, the pouch stays attached to the vest or pack of the casualty. The most revolutionary feature of our Small Medical Trauma Pouch is that it can be instantly removed from its MOLLE compatible backing platform and then used independently as the situation dictates. This means that you don't have to roll the casualty around in the dirt or dump the contents of the pouch out to go to work on him. The difference could be life itself!

The pouch is arranged as a "clam-shell" zippered design with elastic webbing on the interior in order to arrange the trauma supplies in a consistent fashion. The pouch also has an interior slot pocket for smaller items.

The pouch features a red pull/carry handle to help designate the contents within as life saving equipment. The handle can be completely stowed between the pouch and the MOLLE backing panel if not needed.

A cord loop for tie-downs and a drainage grommet round out its features. It can be attached to any MOLLE compatible system using our patented L-Strap fastners.

To me an IFAK on my battle belt is a must. This pouch by ATS fits all of my requirements. Well organized, small, and compatibale with my system. So far in my kit I have a Halo chest seal, 14 gauge needle decompression, Israeli bandage, 2emergency dressings, CAT 2, and combat gauze. All fit with no problems. Highly recommend.

Holds everything I need for moderate to major personal injury and is easily organized. Most of all securely fastens to belt.

The size, weight, and ruggedness is perfect! Plenty of space for a personal blow out kit. Being able to detach makes this pouch a complete winner.

Got this pouch as a blowout kit to mount to a battle belt for range instructor use.  Keeps everything you need for immediate treatment plus some, and allows for pouch to tear away from backer.  Very robust and well put together.  For CLS purposesor a replacement to an IFAK, this is the heat.

The ATS Medical pouch is a well thought out, well made med pouch.  I’ve had it attached to my kit for 2 different training days & in both instances it’s held up very well.  I especially like that the pouch can be pulled away from the hook & loop fasteners b/c that allows more options for placement since it’s easier to get to.  My med pouch isn’t fully stocked yet or I’d list all that crap that can fit in there but it appears that it’ll be adequate for the additional items I plan on including in it.  I would definitely recommend it.
