ATS Triple 762 Shingle

The 7.62 Triple Shingle is a 7.62mm sized version of our best-selling M4 Triple Shingle. Each pocket is sized for an M14/M1A, SR25 or FAL/L1A1 magazine. This pouch also has two rows of PALS webbing on the face to stack shingles or add smaller pouches, like the ATS Leatherman/Surefire/pistol magazine pouch or a roll up dump pouch. It measures about 10.5 inches long and about 6 inches tall. Magazine retention is accomplished by a bungee retainer and pull tab with SureGrip material on the tab itself. It’s available in black, coyote brown, Ranger green, ACU/UCP and Multicam. The pouch is covered by a lifetime warranty, as is all ATS gear.

ATS Triple 762 Shingle March 31, 2014
Reviewer: Anonymous Person from Tampa, Fl
After an exhausting search for 7.62 magazine pouches, I found this pouch. I was looking for a shingle design to keep a low profile on my plate carrier as well as accommodate the integration of pistol magazines to a molle front. Magazines fit well and do not sit to high or low in the pouch. I was looking for good retention depth without using bungees that are attached as well as not to short of a pouch the magazine could shake loose. This pouch is built well and is functional.

All Black and in a Bag February 12, 2014

My first ATS product all 500 cordura and lined with some two inch nylon strap for stability in front and a rough rubber texture panel in the rear. Not meant for quick insertions. Retention of PMAG308sr is good. Works with Archangel 7.62x54r single stack mags as well. Molle attaches easily and quickly but not super tight. Each of the three cells will hold 2 M4 mags if you want them touching but bungee will then make extraction somewhat tedious. Well built too. Overall tight fit for any combo of mags.

ATS Shingle!!! June 10, 2013
Reviewer: Joey Polikar from Los Angeles, CA United States
Bought this product to house magazines for my SCAR H. Let me tell you it's worth the pennies! The multicam pattern is true to Crye Precision print and looks good. The material is high quality and really stitched well. The bungee is adjustable which is a cool feature if your mags have Magpuls, etc. Lastly the inside of the inserts as well as the pull tab have these leather-feeling material stitched on to them that allows for a firm grip in the mags and for your hands. All in all a great purchase and great product! Go ATS!

Good choice for 7.62X51 users January 10, 2013
Reviewer: JM from Moncure, NC United States
If you are a 7.62X51 user you know that your web gear choices are limited.  This pouch gives good balance between retention, cost and quick access.  If you are grudgingly giving up your '60's vintage web gear like I am and don't like gimicks  this is a good choice.

Simple, Lean, Minimalist, High-Quality December 6, 2012
Reviewer: Manny Estrada from Austin, TX United States
ATS has hit a home-run with these 3-shingle 7.62 magazine pouches! Very minimalist, but loaded with small details!
These pouches fit M1A, FAL, SCAR-17, G3 (Alum & Steel), and all variants of AR-10 magazines, with ease!

The shingle's outer material is slightly thin, to save on weight. ATS' addition of a synthetic hypalon 'patch' to the (inside) bottom of the pouch, slightly adheres to the magazine(s), while preventing wear at the inside backside of the pouch(es). Pretty neat feature.
Bungee cords keep the mags secure, on top.

ATS' product(s) should work well in the field!

I'd prefer a little more threading to tack-on the internal hypalon patches. Some heavy threading at the outside corners of the mag pouches could prevent chaffing.

ATS' 5.56 shingles should be just as minimalist and excellent!
