Alta Flex Elbow Pads are designed to protect the user while crawling. The black rubberized, non-slip cap grips the surface while allowing the user to crawl faster. High density foam padding gives maximum comfort to the elbows. Made with Du Pont Cordura® Nylon. You get what you pay for with these pads- superior protection that remains in place. When I get in the prone position on concrete my elbows needed some padding these elbow fit the bill great and they do not slide around . I would buy them again.

I bought a pair of these elbow pads for a carbine course, to go with my Alta Superflex knee pads.  I found them easy to put on, comfortable, lightweight, and durable.  I have to admit, however, I didn't wear them for the second day of that course, nor for my second carbine course.  There was nothing wrong with the pads themselves, I just noticed that nobody else was wearing elbow pads, we were on soft ground and they weren't needed.  I would wear them again if training on hard ground, or if I was going to do a lot of prone shooting.  I wish they had the Alta Lock attachment rather than plain velcro but the velcro does work fine.  I have never found better elbow pads than these.

Just like the knee pads, I used these in a carbine 2 class and they got a bit beat up but they stayed on and did what they're supposed to do. The fact that they're available in multicam is definitely a nice extra also. Would recommend them to anyone.

I used this on a CQC course along with the Alta Superflex Kneepads.  It was a very hot day but the pads were comfortable and didn't slip.  Easy on and off.  I bought a few extra as gifts and were well liked.  You can't go wrong with these pads.
