Lightweight, Comfortable May 8, 2012

Downside is the padding ='s the weight so this knee Pad will not take a harsh landing without your knee caps feeling it. They are comfortable to wear though. I tested them out while killin some weeds. I was on my knees for over an hour with no ill effect. Too bad the elbow pads do not have the same connections. High Speed Low Drag item.

Comfortable, low profile (no excess fabric sticking out or binding), easy to adjust. Stay in place even when crawling. The plastic is not very slippery, but I found that the friction allowed me to support myself better and with less fatigue than having my knees sliding out from under me.

I gave it only 4 stars because it's brownish color is way off compared to most desert milspec materials. If you are looking for something to match your FDE or coyote tan gears, be advised that this is Coyote Brown. I guess you may disregard the coyote. This is more like brown.

the strap mechanism is nice but nothing really sets these apart from any other knee pads. It would be really nice if they stayed up better.
