BCMGunfighter 7.62 Charging Handle

The BCMGUNFIGHTER™ Charging Handle and extended latches feature internal redesigns to direct the force off of the roll pin and into the body of the charging handle during support hand only manipulations.  This new design has a built in backstop engineered into the extended latch and into the charging handle.  As the latch is opened up, its’ travel is limited by these flat surface backstops.  With this travel limiting feature, the stress is taken off the roll pin, and is now redirected into the entire body of the charging handle.

The BCMGUNFIGHTER™ Charging Handle offers two significant advantages.

1.  Since the tiny roll pin is no longer the weak point - it is a much stronger system and tactical latch will stay intact even under repeated support side only manipulation.
2.  With the force kept inside the body of the handle, when the handle is pulled directly to the rear, it moves directly to the rear and does not angle off to the outboard side.

The 7.62mm verison will fit:

  • Armalite AR-10
  • DPMS 308
  • KAC SR25, MK11, M110
  • LaRue OSR
  • Noveske 308
  • POF 308

*It will NOT fit Rock River Arms 7.62/.308

Drops in and works perfectly. I like the medium size latch, doesn't stick out too far when across my chest on a single point sling. Super strong and has no problem being pulled on from latch side only.
Works great in my DPMS 7.62 upper.

Medium was a perfect fit for my Maten upper. Enough length out the side to clear the scope without sticking out too much. Construction of the handle feels solid. SKD provides superb products and a great shopping experience.

Its too bad ARMALITE doesnt include the BCMGunfighter when buying their upper but SKD came to the rescue. Received it on time infact sooner than i thought i would. SKD rocks

This is my second Gunfighter Charging handle my other is for a 5.56. I forgot what a huge difference these make for your AR especially if it has a optic on it. After my first trip to the range I went home and ordered this. Very highly recomended.

The medium latch is pretty nice, not too large but enough to make a difference when trying to grab. Very rigid design.
