I use this for the gym, the 1000 ml version is perfect to keep me hydrated after my run and right into lifting weights.  The Camelbak bite valve makes for something to get used to as I am used to regular twist and pour type bottles as I’m sure everyone is. To be honest, the bite valve is pretty convenient, drop the weights, flip the valve, drink, and flip it back closed.  Don’t have to worry about twisting the cap back on or spilling as its water tight.  Good purchase, would buy again.

Very nice, but some valve troubles June 23, 2010

Nicely made and carrying it around reminds you to drink water and stay hydrated. Valve makes it somewhat difficult to suck water up, but moving the bite piece to the halfway point is easier to drink. Don't put anything carbonated in or will come out as it is air tight.

I bring this filled with ice and water to working our training days. I could hold hold it upside down and it won't leak fluid so it's great to carry around in your car knowing your carpet won't get wet if it tips over.
