Very good quality only thing missing is a tube holder clip, it has to be purchased separately.

Other than that came in as expected.

I upgraded to this hydration pack from the older version thermobak. The improvements are well thought out. It fits the new wide opening resorvoirs as well as the zipper openings in the front. This version could even be used as a small cargo pack if the need arose. Very happy with my purchase, and extremely satisfied with SKD.

I used a Camelbak 3L Thermobak in ACU camo for my entire mobilization training (4.5 months long) and never had a single problem from it.  No leaks, kept the water nice and cold all day.

If you're in a really hot area like I am, I suggest going behind the dfac and getting a bag of ice...load your Thermobak down with as much ice as you can, then fill with water.  The ice will melt due to the heat and you'll have nice, cool water all day.  This was a lifesaver during mob.

Funny, when I was in Iraq, I never wore it because we had ice chests with 1L water bottles literally EVERYWHERE we went.  Would've worked great there too though.

I'm going to use it for hydration on long bike rides now.  Looking forward to some much-needed cardio training (injured in Iraq...getting better now...)

All of the camelback quality applies to this item. I was able to fit an Israeli dressing and some quick clot underneath the flap that covers the fill cap and keep a couple of main entrees from some MREs inside the hydration enclosure as well as a full bladder.
