Daniel Defense Lite Rail 12.0

The Daniel Defense 12.0 AR 15 Lite Rail System is a tremendous upgrade for users who require a light and rugged rifle with long range capability.

The Daniel Defense AR15 Lite Rail utilizes the Patent Pending Bolt Up System™ which allows the upper receiver to have a continuous uninterrupted upper rail platform.

Materials & Construction

Precision CNC machined from 6061 T6 aluminum and finished in hard coat type 3 mil-spec anodized black for a rock hard lasting finish while weighing in at a mere 14 ozs.

SKD shipped fast and I have been really happy with their service.

DD Lite 12.0 - Whay can I say?  It is a classic and STILL continues to be one of the best rails on the planet.  The rail is very very light and bolts up so tight that when I finished installing the rail I accidentally bumped the rifles rail on the table and the whole rifle rang like a bell, I kid you not.  

It is my favorite full quad rail.

From the minute I pulled it out of the box I was amazed at the quality and weight of this rail.  The coating was amazing and I receive a lot of compliments on it.  If you are debating about this, don't.  Just add to cart and know you are getting a top notch product.  SKDTac still amazes me with their FAST ship times.  Ordered late Friday night, shipped Saturday, had it Monday.  Can't recommend this rail or SKD enough!

This rail has exceeded my expectations, my previous rail was an DD Omega rail but even though it was a reliable rail I could never rest easy about the way it applied tension to the barrel nut with 4 little screws. This Lite rail was exactly what I needed, it has an rugged new mounting system and once installed properly that rail ain't moving at all. This rail is very lite and surprisingly the edges of the rails seem to be rounded more to take away some of the bite, as compared to my omega rail which without handguards could cut up your hand.
