EOTech XPS2-0 Holographic Sight

Shortest model sight yet! This sight is smaller than the former N-cell battery sight (511/551) and runs on a single 123 battery. It also has a longer battery life than the N-cell style sights. Smaller, lighter and always fast with three reticle options. With the new single battery configuration, the XPS allows more rail space than ever, leaving more room for rear iron sights or NV mount.

  • Single transverse 123 battery to reduce sight length
  • Shortened base only requires at most 2.75" of rail space compared to the 4" N battery sights
  • Battery cap and latch are eliminated and replaced with a simple O-ring, tethered cap; better sealing is achieved
  • Battery compartment is now separated from the base to allow it to hover over the delta ring of the rifle
  • Average battery life at brightness level 12 is roughly 500-600 hours, 3X battery life of N cell sights
  • 65 MOA circle with 1 MOA aiming dot
  • Available in Night Vision (XPS3) and non- Night Vision (XPS2) versions. The numbers reflect the number of the buttons on the back of the sight.

Seems good so far. October 26, 2015
Reviewer: SamH from Flowood, MS United States
Build quality seems great. Mounted and lined up with my irons easily. Note that this model is not the one with the Qd mount and lower 1\3 cowitness, it is an absolute cowitness which im not sure if I like yet. The reticle is also grainy which I just might have to get used to. Operation is simple. Contrary to some eotech detractors I think the 4 or 8 hour shutoff is a nice feature and the clock resets everytime you touch a button, so if you change a setting once in a while its not going to turn off on you and if you put it away "on" its not going to kill your battery. Reticle way easier to pick up than a red dot and for all the battery life worriers there is a month worth of run time on each battery. For an eotech reticle ill sacrifice some battery life. I mean you are resarching a $500 - $1000 optic and worried about a $2 battery? Havent had it to the range yet, but im going to assume its going to hold zero as good as/better than any bargain brand red dot out there.

Ordered on Wednesday and got it on Saturday. Awesome shipping. Tried it on Tuesday. Took less than 10 rounds to zero. Shot about 500 rounds never lost zero.

Terrific sight from a terrific site. January 5, 2012
Reviewer: Danny h from Anaheim, CA United States
This site offers above and beyond service.. almost great as this sight.  I get a 1moa reticle on a "big screen".  If speed and accuracy is what you desire then buy this sight.

Best EOTech yet! September 20, 2010

All the great features of your standard EOTech except you get longer battery life, more rail space, and tougher design due to the transverse battery compartment.  I've had mine since January and have yet to change the battery.

Easy to zero September 20, 2010
Reviewer: from ,
Eotech's are outstanding.  This version has a ring with a single dot in the center.  The windage and elevation and simple to site (I have no prior experience with sighting in an optic) and I have been very accurate with this device.

I have a short 10.5" barrel and the Eotech shorten design leaves plenty of rail space left.

I highly recommend this optic.
