Does not fit an Eagle A-III April 30, 2012

I managed to fit one of these on one shoulder strap with quite a struggle, the other would not go around the other shoulder strap at all.  In retrospect, you don't need these (not that they fit), you have a sternum strap, fasten it and the straps will stay on your shoulders.  If these did fit the design would be such that they would block the attachment D -rings anyway so they reduce the utility of your pack.

This item is not compatible with the Eagle A-III Pack I received.  It is too thin to fit over the shoulder straps.
