Note that metals mags fit better then p-mags

Good basic mag pouch January 7, 2012

This is a 'back-up' to the 'FB' singles I use, so I can't say much about reloading from it. It is very secure and seems to work well for keeping the rifle or primary mag carriers topped off.

Fits two mags per pouch but it an extremely tight fit.  I plan to leave mags in it and see if that does anything to loosen it some.  Otherwise, very well made.

Excellent for USGI Magazines November 4, 2011

I have used this pouch extensively and its very sturdy, holds up to abuse well, does not stain easily, holds magazines just securely enough so that they stay in place when i need them to and come out when i need them to do that too.  Highly recommended.

BUT, if you decided to check your good senses at the door and are running non-USGI magazines then you hopefully (but doubtfully) had the sense to appreciate that you will need to buy special magazine pouches for your special(ed.) magazines.  this is a great magazine pouch which does exactly what it was designed to do and does it very well...that job was to carry M16 series USGI spec magazines...don't bash on the magazine pouch because you are following the latest crazy in magazines.

Great pouches October 18, 2011

Very sturdy set of pouches, i have two on my chest rig (for a total of 8 mags) and they are extremely sturdy. Only have one complaint; it is extremely hard to fit Magpul PMAGS in these. They fit, but they are very hard to get out under normal circumstances, much less in a high speed combat environment. I resorted to just cutting off the elastic band that runs horizontally across the pouch and it helped alot. Aside from this issue, I would give these a 5, fantastic product.
