This is another fine chest rig made by Eagle.
The PALS on the side are great for the addition of FAKs and other essential equipment.
The buckles on the magazine pouches are a little redundant for most.
The handgun mag flaps could also stand to be a bit longer. They were only sealed with a half an inch or so of velcro with G17 magazines. Seems like they are better for G19 or similar sized mags.
The thin straps are great if you normally carry a pack or Camelbak. If you don't the Eagle or HSGI plate carrier shoulder straps that SKD sells will work with this as well.

I recently purchased the Eagle LE Active Shooter Chest Rig. After being moved back to Patrol from eight years in SWAT I was looking for a way to bring required extra equipment to critical incidents. The Active Shooter Chest Rig is filling that void perfectly. Is is well made, well priced and comfortable to wear. It can be expanded to be worn over cold weather gear or adjusted when wearing fewer layers - still allowing me to access my belt worn kit. SKD provides a no hassle way to purchase quality items, delivered to your door. I have to hold on to it tight - my ex teammates are eyeing it up.

This chest rig is the perfect size for me. At 5'8 and 190 pounds I'm a fairly common body type.
I adjusted the straps and taped up the loose ends. The wide flat straps are comfortable even with a full load of 8 Pmags, a blow-out kit, a radio, and a knife. The middle two magazine pouches fold down for quick access if necessary while the outer two pouches have buckles to keep those mags secure even when wet.
I'd recommend this to anyone wanting to be ready for an engagement at any time and also for those wanting a chest rig for daily use. It's quite durable.

This rig is awesome for my frame. I am 5'7" at about 180. Getting things to fit properly is not always easy. I can fill every pouch to capacity with some extras, adjust the straps (crossed in the back), and I have no worries about the thing shifting. It allows good movement and can be used in the prone without feeling unbalanced.
If you are going to put .45 XD mags in the pistol mag pouches, they fit tightly, but are doable. With two mags next to eachother, you cannot really close the top covers on the rifle magazine pouches so you have to fold them down. No sweat.
High quality, good fit and the company shipped the same day that I ordered and delivery was fast. I will get another rig by Eagle and will definitely use SKD again.

Best fast kit for a ditch bag. Doesn't take up much space in a bag or trunk. Pouch placement is great along with the extra pals webbing for radio/gps/strobe/blow-out kit etc. Straps are a little primitive if you're not wearing the rig over a carrier though. Wouldn't recommend for extended exercises.
Great Eagle Quality for a low price.
