Esstac 762 Double Wedge Mag Pouch

New from EssTac, the 762 Wedge is the most innovative single mag pouch available anywhere. Not only does it offer you a quick-draw bungee retention strap, and the ability to stack pouches via Molle/Malice interface, but the entire suspension system is adjustable and removable, allowing complete depth adjustment. Now a single pouch allows you options for complete retention, complete speed, and everywhere in between. You can remove the bungee and go topless as well. As with all EssTac gear, the construction on this pouch is bomb-proof. Incredible design, incredible construction, incredible value.

These 762 Wedges will fit 7.62 x 51mm 20 rd. magazines, as well as 7.62 x 39mm AK 20 & 30 rd. magazines! The shorter 7.62 x 51mm magazines will require you to shorten the bungee before use.

Does not include malice clips (requires 2 long).

The Esstac double wedge mag pouch is a great piece of gear.  Quality of construction is typical to the other Esstac products I have used.

I initially bought a couple of these to set up a rig for my FALs.  However the pouches are highly adjustable and I found that they also work well with AICS 10 rd magazines for my custom 700.   I put two of the double shingles on an Eagle all molle chest rig for the AICS mags.  That arrangement is very thin and low bulk.  It lets you get really low to the ground.

I have tried several other 7.62 mag carrier options but this one is by far the best I have found.  I need to get a few more.
