Great magazine pouches...secure yet efficient to get into action.  Coyote Brown off from normal colors I've got from other companies, but not too big of a deal.

Good product with room for improvement March 12, 2013

Pros:
- Outstanding mag retention
- "Pattern matched" webbing (see below)
- Superior stitching
- Drain holes!
- Ride height is adjustable individually for each mag

Cons:
- Front webbing is of a different material (appears to be 500D Cordura) than the rest of the pouch
- Dye pattern on the webbing is of a lower quality (due to material difference?) which creates a small but noticeable mismatch in appearance
- No Crye Multicam trademarks -- is this 100% genuine Multicam?
- Non-standard rear webbing layout makes for awkward mounting on some rigs -- poor design choice!
- MALICE clips not included???  Ouch!

This pouch is a tough sell at this price point.  Overall I think it's a great product in need of a design update (version 2?) and a QA pass on the materials.  Bonus for being MADE IN THE USA.

I really like it.  They're great for reinsertion as they're not floppy at all--you just shove the mag back in.  Drawing mags just requires a sharp tug, like with all kydex holsters.

I really don't think there's anything wrong with them.  Another reviewer said that the kydex inserts' hook and loop does wear out so you may have to replace the kydex insert in the future.

They're too expensive to use for holding all your mags but my system is a speed reload fastmag on the belt and this triple shingle on the plate carrier.  If I run through 5 mags (+1 in the rifle), I'll have time by then to refill these pouches.

I like the fact that there is no bungee cords to wear out and break or no lids to get in the way. The retention the kydex gives is great--not too much and not too little.
