I have been using these pouches for several years as Basic IFAKS on my chest rig and Armor.  They have held up very well with no issues as far as quality or construction. I like the fact that the zippers come all the way to the bottom of the pouch alowing me to access low items from the side. The zippers are excellent as they will stay where you leave them, locked in position. I keep a CinchTight, 2 Primed Gauze, Tourniquik, Quickclot Sponge, NPA, Pair of gloves, and roll of tape stacked in it.  It all fits comfortably in the pouch and takes up only 2 pals chanels. I add a pair of Shears in the PALS behind the pouch and a CAT tourniquet elsewhere on the vest for a easy to get to compact Trauma Kit.
