Esstac Shotgun Card

by Sean
Esstac Shotgun card - Simple and fast. My jedi master showed me the true benefit of this simple shotgun reload. Slap some velcro on your shotgun's left side. Load a few shotgun cards, and place one on the gun. You can fit the spares (back to back if it's a bigger pouch) in a single mag pouch. As you reload the shotgun, tear off the empty shotgun card, pull out a new one and slap it on. You're ready to slay even more zombies. Super easy, cheap when compared to other side saddles, and very, very fast. View More SKD Staff Picks

7 rounds of 12 gauge ammunition can be carried on the Esstac Shotgun Card, which is backed with hook velcro. Put two of these back to back, and you have a 14-round bundle that fills up a double M4 magazine pouch. Line the side of your receiver with loop velcro, and you have an ammo "side-saddle" system that you can replace in an instant- perfect for Law Enforcement use, whether it is for breaching or less-lethal rounds. The versatility of these Shotgun Cards will prove themselves many times over the more you use them!

Multicam Shotgun cards will be an additional $2 due to limited availability. The Multicam elastic used in this item is being discontinued, and this item will no longer be offered when the material runs out.

Dimensions: 2" x 7 3/8"
Loop Velcro not included.

Note from Stu @ Esstac about the elastic loop longevity:
"Shoty cards, treat them like a magazine. They will wear more quickly with use rather then just sitting loaded, they will lose some tension over time but that is normal for elastic, I have a couple ammo cans full of loaded shotgun cards and they are still GTG several years later."

The holders are nice. The loops I thought was elastic but they turned out to be paracord. Which is a really nice upgrade. Can't wait to install on shotgun.

best option out there January 16, 2017

Can't believe more folks aren't using these. On my Mossberg 590A1 the only other one worth using is the Mesa Tactical but it's about 5x as expensive and crucially I don't like that it replaces the ejector screw with its mounting screw. These Esstac cards can come off easily for reloads or if you just don't want it on there. They're affordable, well made, and have great retention.

Where have these been all my life January 11, 2017

Ordered these on a whim.   I am now adding Velcro to all my shotguns to use them.   Awesome product just the right size and the ability to remove them to keep the shotgun slim is nice.

IF I wanted to carry in a pouch you would want them to ship with a backer vs sticky Velcro.
