I removed my collar andbyoke from my IOTV. This leaves an annoying gap between the shoulder straps and the kevlar from the rear of the IOTV. These pads solve that problem and almost make the IOTV wearable.

Got a set of shoulder pads by another company that were so light they didn't really work. Saw that FirstSpear had a solution, gave it a shot, glad I did. All kinds of slick design features like 500D material, removable tube & cable routing or just go through the pad, passthroughs for deltiod protection, awesome build quality, yada yada. For me, FirstSpear is becoming my go-to solution.
