Well built configurable rig October 7, 2015

I’m 74’’ tall 44” chest, making this a small and manageable chest rig. On it I have First-Spear GP pockets Small & Medium both in 6/12 attachment. As well as Blue Force Gear Ten-Speed Triple M4 Mag Pouch & Tourniquet NOW! Strap. The main reason I got this rig was to wear it in conjunction with a large backpack. It works perfect for range time. Due to my muscular neck the straps rub pretty bad, so use only with a collared shirt or in uniform. It worked perfectly with the pack and did not interfere at all. The major concern I have is for us Mil guys doing OTB or any water ops where sediment will get inside the rig form all the slits that allow you to attach pouches. Not trying to spend all night washing out sand from the Velcro inside there. Also, it does have a built-in pocket but my hands are XL and I can barely get in there, so it stays empty. Thats why it gets 3 stars for my personal needs. Probably a perfect 5 for LE though.

Flexible and light June 23, 2012

I'm always impressed with the quality of gear coming from first spear. This has to be the lightest weight rig I can possibly find, And still has plenty of space for a decent load out. No complaints here, and the fabric is holding up so far.
