HSGI 2QT/Utility Pouch Modular

HSGI Modular 2 Qt. / Ulility Pouch . Measures 6.75" High x 6" Wide x 4" Thick.

Surrounded in front , sides and top with MOLLE/PALS webbing for additional modular pouches. This pouch easily holds a 2 Qt. Canteen, M-249 Saw drum or numerous rifle magazines. Uses 2- 1" side release buckles for closure with Hook and Loop with silencing strip. Top opening has adjustable shock-cord retention for added closure. Comes with 2 large MALICE clips. Made 100% in the USA out of 1000 denier cordura, sewn with #138 Bonded nylon threads, #69 for the bartacking. HSGI Lifetime Warranty.

Good utility pouch June 6, 2012

I use this for carrying a few extra AR mags or other misc. gear.

It's held up great over the years, minus the velcro cover, which easily ripped in two right out of the box.

If not for the velcro I would give it 5 stars.

Good Utility Pouch January 20, 2012

I've got two of these mounted on a Kifaru Scout to increase the capacity of the ruck, and the 2QT can hold a ton of gear.  I'm able to easily fit three 25 round boxes of 12 gauge loads in each pocket with some room to spare.  The adjustable shock cord around the mouth of the pouch is a nice addition too, and the construction is top notch.  I highly recommend the 2QT as a utility pouch.

The purposes never cease June 18, 2011

As stated, this pouch is rather large, but it is the perfect size for my uses.  It can carry a 2qt canteen attached to a ruck or assault pack.  For you demo guys it fits a 500' spool of minitube perfectly.  This is what I use it for, mounted to a modular thigh rig panel.  It also fits 6 blocks of TNT in a pinch, or around 100' of detcord plus igniters.  I use the top molle rows to affix a CAT with a BFG Tourniquet Now strap.

I have two in MC and put them on my SO Tech Go Bag.

The only thing I did not like is the Velcro, so I cut the Velcro off, and it wasn't hard, but it was noisy with it on.
