Originally designed to carry a gas mask, the zipper-top feature made it ideal in the double-duty role as a leg-mounted dump pouch. A plastic stiffener piece keeps the top cover square (removeable).

Expensive as hell, but ultimately worth it. Tough durable design and plenty large for easy dumping.. I imagine I'll be purchasing another for even more utility..

This pouch is a little large, but works well mounted on the left-rear hip to use as a dump site for used mags. Has a black insert to keep it in shape. I also use it for NODS and quick access to pogi bait. Plenty-O-Room

Bought it after seeing a team mate use one as a drop pouch on his left leg. Well made, rugged, and a heavy duty zippered top that does not "hang" open, but is easy to reach into.
