HSGI Mini Drop Leg Panel Modular

The Mini Modular Drop Leg Panel is a smaller version of the HSGI Modular Drop Leg Panel. Having 3 rows and 6 columns of MOLLE/PALS webbing built on top of HSGI's Diamond Back Mesh Platform system giving a cooler, non-flop comfort for the leg. Still maintaining a void behind the panel to secure a knife sheath. Comes with a quick release attachment to be releasable from the belt hanger. Made in the USA with HSGI's lifetime warranty.

This rig is a great addition if your running a subload. If your a skinny guy like me you will enjoy using this cut down version for carrying mags.

The panel is a perfect implantation to my load out.  Due to body armor covering my belt, I needed to get my pistol magazines into a low ride configuration.  I placed my existing TT triple pistol mag pouch as well as a Benchmade AFO knife on the panel. I haven't  had to move, readjust, or otherwise "tweak" the rig for comfort or user-friendliness.

The HSGI Mini drop leg is excellent.  I’ve seen cheaper platforms flop around but the HSGI is very stable especially considering how low profile it is.  It’s also very well built, I currently have mine overloaded (ATS Med Pouch & EGL Monkey Stomper; I like running my med pouch on a drop leg platform b/c it would be less likely that I would have to be moved while someone was trying to get to my med kit to render aid) and it is still stable and b/c of that I barely notice the weight of the payload.  I would definitely recommend this platform for anyone needing additional attachment points &/or for anyone trying to keep their chest rig or belt as slick as possible.

awesome leg panel! October 12, 2012

I am using this leg panel for my two medic pouches. One pouch is a Condor rip-away EMT pouch and the other is a Tactical Tailor Accessory 1V pouch. This panel is the perfect size to accommodate these pouches. The construction of this leg panel is of very high quality and the coyote color is exactly what i was expecting...matches perfectly to the U.S. FLC in coyote and the Magpul MS3 sling in coyote. If you are looking for a leg panel but dont need a huge amount of real estate, then I would highly recommend this panel.
