Black infrared (IR) reflective material is intended for the covert combat identification of warriors, vehicles and equipment. The black material exhibits no visible reflective glow when illuminated with visible white light, but when illuminated with an infrared source a bright reflection can clearly be seen through night vision goggles at extremely long ranges.

Like others have said, you won't find these at such a good price anywhere else if you can find them at all.  It's nice that they already have the Velcro backing too!

This is a hard to get item.. but SKDTAC makes it easy.  It's does exactly what it's suppose to.. reflector for IR light hitting it.  This will make it safer on night shooting events when everyone is using NVG and IR flashlights.

Very reflective even at a distance.  Velcro is of pretty good grade and won't just fall off if you bump into something. I've used them in real world ops and no problems so far. I dont think you'll be able to beat the price here.
