I've tried many different plate carriers looking for the "one".  So far, this carrier from LBT is hands down the most comfortable one I've used.  It's versatile, simple and bomb proof.  

The shooters cut front plate makes shouldering your carbine easier and you get a wider range of motion.  When looking at carriers this should be one of the contenders.
