LaRue Tactical FUG Grip (Forward Universal Grip)

Better weapon control, at the height you need. Complete with three grip-extension lengths, the LaRue Tactical FUG Grip can be configured for any shooting style.. The inside cavity provides storage for AR-15 bolts, earplugs, batteries, etc. The LaRue FUG speed lever allows rapid removal, replacement, or even swapping with other rifles.

  • The Long -Flanged is intentionally flared at the bottom for added control and comfort
  • Heat Resistant Engineering Polymer employed to keep users' hands from weapon heat - chemical/solvent resistant.

This thing is incredible. Different plugs allow you to try out three different grips with one unit. I prefer the thumb break method so I use the shortest one. There is internal storage inside the grip big enough for batteries, a bolt, or a small vial of LaRue machine gunner's lube. What sets this grip apart is the interface between the grip and the rail. Using LaRue's proven locking lever instead of a plastic coupling like many polymer grips, this thing is rock solid. If you are a serious shooter, spend the extra money and own  the best VFG you can get.

The quick release option on this grip is what originally sold me.  After I got it I liked being able to adjust the size of it also.  Put on the tallest one and used it as a mono-pod to sight in my gun.  Put on the smallest to get it out of the way as much as possible.  It's nice to be able to quickly remove it and put it back on so my wife can adjust it to fit her reach on the gun.
