Bought this mount for my Leupold MR/T scope and let me tell you, it's a winner.  Mount holds secure with no play whatsoever.

If you run a low power variable, and shoot nose to charging handle, this is the mount you need.  Look no further if you want a rock-solid, repeatable, proven optics mount. Cant beat LaRue's customer service and warantee either.

LaRue are a well respected brand when it comes to quality hardware for snipers and and my SPR/M4-EER mount was no exception.
Finish is matte and durable,
Locking is positive with a safety lock,
Camming is adjustable for rails which are slightly out of spec and,
it has dual lugs to lock into the picatinny rail - not so good if you're running a Weaver Rail, so if that's you get with the times and trade it in for picatinny.

What can I say, it's a LaRue. The SPR-E mount is as solid as they come. It mounts securely, with no slop once the levers are closed. And it mounts the same every time. It you are looking for a QD mount with a little more eye releif, look no further.
