This variant of the PMAG™ (Polymer MAGazine) is a lightweight 20-round 5.56 NATO, M-16 compatible magazine. It features a straight body with an advanced impact resistant polymer construction, a pop-off Impact Cover for storage, and an easy to dissasemble design with a flared floorplate for easy magazine extraction from pouches. The 20-round PMAG™ utilizes a resilient stainless steel spring for corrosion resistance and a controlled-tilt, self-lubricating follower for increased reliability.

Was hard to use my AR in my Caldwell rifle rest with the 30 round mag.  Couldn't lower the barrel to a level shooting position. This shorter 20 round Magpul is perfect and sits in the rifle rest with inches to spare.

Couldn't use my 30 rd clip in my Matrix rest & this 20rd works great. Won't go to the range without it & might buy a few more.

Excellent product and service from SKD! February 21, 2012

I really like the 20 round mag.  Most of the 223 rounds come in boxes of 20 and this mag holds 20. I like the shorter mag for bench shooing or from the prone position.  I will buy more from SKD as their service and shipping is the best.

All of the great features of the PMAG 30 in a 20 round package.  These are my go to magazines for any occassion.  I leave my PMAGs stored loaded with the covers on for months at a time and I have not had one fail yet.  Extremely reliable and rugged.
