PIG Kangaroo Pouch Mag Insert (KPMI)

The PIG Kangaroo Pouch Mag Insert (KPMI) is the lowest profile M4 magazine option available for the PIG Plate Carrier, and quite possibly the most over-engineered insert of its kind.

It's list of features include:
  • Removable Bungee Retention
  • Elastic Magazine Body Retention
  • Magazine Height Adjustment Strap
  • Magwell Funnel Opening

Serves admirably as both backup and primary reload roles depending on your ammunition load requirements. To install, simply open the Kangaroo Pouch on your PIG PC Cummerbund Flap and insert so the velcro engages in the proper orientation. Available in only Ranger Green. Made in US of AaaaaaaaaY!

The PIG Kanga Mag Pouch Insert allows me to run two AR mags in my Mayflower APC without bunching up the sides of the pocket like the Mayflower 3 mag insert does.  It also lets me run one of the mags a little higher for better purchase for a quick load.  Finally, its nice and low pro, no snagging on stuff.

I recently accrued two of these bad boys to put in my new TAG Banshee plate carrier (its awesome btw). The material of the pouches is high quality and rigid enough to hold its relatively rectangular form. Installation could not be easier because they are simple Velcro. Standard shock chord to hold mags in. My favorite feature of the KPMI is the ability it adjust how high the mag sticks out of the top. There is an easily adjustable strap on the bottom that makes this mag insert customization. I highly recommend this product and not to shabby for $15 + $5 s&h. From order to delivery 3 days.

I just got these is today and placed them in my PIG plate carrier. I have 2 Esstac M4 Double Wedge Mag Pouches on my front flap and was worried that these inserts would be awkward but so far so good. Hold PMAGS very well.
