PIG UCR (Universal Chest Rig)

Based on the Eagle Universal Chest Rig / SKD Version (CR-UTV-MS) that was originally designed by Paul Howe, the all new PIG UCR (Universal Chest Rig) incorporates updates and features that were overdue.

The PIG UCR still carries 2 x M4 mags (USGI/PMAG/Lancer) or 1 x 7.62 mag (PMAG/SR-25/AR10/FAL) or 1 x AK-47/74 mag per each of its 4 rifle mag pouches. The 4 pistol mag pouches up front are ideal for double stack pistol magazines (up to Glock 20/21), flashlights, utility tools or other similarly shaped items. The Molle on the side of the chest rig allows for additional ammo, first aid, radio or utility pouches.

The PIG UCR also retains the mesh stash pocket and the internal Map Pocket of the original Paul Howe CR-UTV-MS with velcro closure along the top of the rig. As with all Patrol Incident Gear tactical nylon gear, the PIG UCR is proudly Made in the USA!

Overall I'm pretty happy with this rig. I bought it just in time, the multicam ran out a day before I purchased, so I settled with Coyote Brown. It's much lighter than I expected it to be, but still seems pretty strong. The mag pouches are great, fit pmags and steel mags just snug. My only complaint is I with the pistol mag pouches came up a little higher, and were a little more rigid. I've got mine rigged out to fit 6 30 round ar mags, a Kobalt 150 lumen light, extra pistol mag, my Sig Sauer SP2022 fits in the ar mag with velcro closure holding it snug. I added my Gerber Prodigy Tanto tip knife to the molle on the right as well. Next is a double set of Kangaroo ar/pistol mag pouches for the molle on the left. I'd recommend highly, especially for only 90 bucks. SKD shipped promptly and I got it in 3 days.

I have not had the opportunity to use this in a class yet; however, this rig is very lightweight and  has a durable feel. I have worn it for some time fully loaded and have had minimal stress to my back. I think this would be a great rig for training and as a grab and go kit where ALOT of ammo can be stored.

I just wanted a chest rig for the range for Tactical comps. I didnt want to break the bank on something that sees limited use. This fits the bill and the build quality seems WAY better than your non-expensive airsoft options.

For the low price I didn't expect much above functional but when I received this Rig I was surprised by the quality and construction.Haven't put it through much use yet but when adjusted properly it is snug,stable and comfortable.Holds mags sturdy and versatile as well.I'm very happy with this so far.

Well to start off skd is awesome!!  This chest rig is top quality I'm 6'1 235 pounds and this thing fits me perfectly.  Just the quality of this chest rig is outstanding!! I would recommend this to anyone.  Thank you skd for and outstanding experience!!!!!
