Great improvement over camelbak bladder April 3, 2012

The only thing I don't like and may get used to is the mouthpiece. I'm so used to the on/off lever and bite piece of camelbaks that i'm still getting used to pulling the piece out and just sucking. It's awesome how the hose disconnects from the reservoir as well as the mouth piece. I was under the impression it came with a tan/coyote/FDE house cover but the cover it came with was black. No big deal but i'm pretty sure the pictures show a tan colored cover. That's what I was expecting as I was hoping it would blend with multicam. Buyer beware of that. The reservoir fits perfectly inside my PIG 2L carrier. It's almost like the reservoir props itself open to get filled. It's kind of cool actually. Very good product.

The mouth piece would securely open/close, as to avoid it from accidentally making your plate carrier look like its taking a piss. It also has an additional plastic cover to further "lock" it in the closed position. The tube has just enough flexibility to retain it where you desire on your PC, while at the same time coming over the shoulder and in front of you without moving around, even if retention straps arent being used.

It holds water, it does it well, so far hasn't leaked. I like the 90 degree mouthpiece and twist lock/unlock function.
