Vickers Tactical perfects the Glock yet again. Having difficulty executing fast reloads with the stock slide stop? Extended slide stops locking the slide back with rounds still in the gun due to your shooting grip? Try the VTSS and never look back. Extensive prototyping and testing created the optimum slide stop shape enabling positive slide lock and release, especially with gloves. Precision stamped and formed from 4130 chrome moly steel with durable hard coat, the VTSS will outlive your Glock. We recommend professional gunsmith installation only.

Quality product with an easy install. Added surface area makes a positive difference when using the slide stop for speed reloads, or other manipulations. Doesn't interfere with my duty or EDC holsters. Would recommend.

Improvement, but not for all June 30, 2011

I installed the Vickers Tactical Slide Stop on my G22 about 2 weeks ago.  While I haven't timed myself to see exactly how much of a difference it makes, I can tell that it has made some manipulations easier.  Locking the slide back is easier, thanks to the slightly more aggressive texturing and raised face.  Depressing the slide stop is also easier due to these features.  There is some debate as to the validity of that technique, but those who use this method (myself included) may find a benefit with this slide stop.
