I was skeptical of this mount at first based solely on the fact that it's plastic, but it works, and at a fraction of the cost of a similarly effective metal mount. Lightweight, solid and it puts the light right where I want it on the rails.

Just what the doctor ordered. Haven't had it out to the range yet. I suspect that a little blue lock tight will be in order. Would like the screws to be a little larger, say #8 for good torque.

Inexpensive and made in USA. Does the job of holding my Surefire 6PX. Why buy a mount more expensive than the light it's holding?
