Viking Tactics VTAC Quick Detach Ultralight Vertical Grip (UVG)

Viking Tactics Inc. UVG is the evolution of all other vertical grips.

The VTAC UVG has been shortened to the proper length to provide great grip without excess length. This grip has been skeletonized to reduce weight as well as allow for the installation of 2ea AA or 2ea CR123. There are no caps to lose, simply an O-ring that retains the batteries in place.

This system will also eliminate and unwanted rattling. The grip is attached with the Patented DLOC system, this system will not harm your rail and requires no tools for installation. The weight of plastic but the strength of metal, this grip will not let you down.

This foregrip is beautifully made.  Fit and finish are fantastic and it is just the right size in my opinion.  The only drawback I will say is the knob for tightening the grip to your rail.  It has to be on either the right of left side.  In my application the knob has to be on the left side of the weapon due to an offset light mount on the right side in the way of the knob.  It's not a big deal but the knob protrudes in a manner which may bother some people depending on which style grip you prefer on your Vertical Grip.  SKD service was fantastic and they shipped the next morning after I ordered, extremely fast!

Super light weight. Perfect size. Awesome quick detach. Only reason it didn't get five stars is the price. Rather expensive for a rail grip. Other than that, very good product.

The Viking Tactics VTAC Quick Detach Ultralight Vertical Grip I purchased is just what I expected. However this item can be bought from other dealers and still be of the same high quality. Where SKD differs is the level of service. Living in Canada we often find the shipping takes longer, is much more expensive or both. Neither is the case with SKD. I don't if I have seen faster service anywhere. Keep up the good work.

So as with most gear alot is personal preference but I gotta say that I've used alot of different vertical grips and this one tops my list. Not to big not to small and built very high quality. I was a little skeptical about the shape but damn they got it right in the ergonomic dept. The quick detach feature is good and the this piece of gear holds very very solid. Btw it looks sexy also.
