Vltor QD Off-Set Scout Mount (SMQ-OCG)

Manufactured in conjunction with American Defense Manufacturing, the SMQ-OCG (Off-set Scout Mount) fits both the G-series (Nitrolon) and CK-series (Classic 6P or 9P) SureFireTM Flashlights, while using a secure throw-lever for mounting.

Fits Flashlight widths: 1.010-1.040 inches Weight (minus flashlight) 2.5 oz.

SKD shipped very fast.  Used to attach a Surefire G2x to an AK with an Ultimak rail.  Mount is very solid, and top of mount is not visible when looking down the sights, iron or red dot.

Best mount for the money December 22, 2012

Saw people comparing this to the larue mount and in my opinion it is much better. It is much slimmer then the Laure and easily the same quality. It is also a plus not having to crush your sure fire or high dollar light in the rings you get with the larue. Not to mention its also 40 bucks cheaper then the larue light mount :)

Very sturdy.  Fits the Jet III M perfectly.  The QD is ideal in that it allows me to remove the light if I need to.

Note on dimensions:  The description for the SMQ-OCG states the range of tube diameters incorrectly.  It is also incorrect on the VLTOR website.  It will handle diameters ranging from 0.98" to 1.04"  The tube on my Jet III M is 1" and this unit works fine.

Very good amount of adjustment for different sized rails. Has a nice locking feature. ADM/Vltor makes good products.
