Its so hard to get Eagle products in the right color and so on. SKD delivered. I love my pack in RG and it arrived quickly and in great condition. I wish SKD had more of this stuff in stock, I'd clear them out. Overall great product and great experience.

Very nice pack January 7, 2012

These packs are comfortable and stable. If they hold up as well as the construction quality seems to promise, this will be my primary 'go to' pack. I say, "these" because my girlfriend 'adopted' my first one...

This design is just large enough for the essentials, without being so large as to tempt you to carry much more than you will actually need.

Great pack for the price November 8, 2011

I had sold one just like it, in hopes of replacing it with a different pack. That was a big mistake.

The replacement pack was not what I expected. I quickly replaced it with this one. It's comfortable, with padded straps. The cargo areas are huge with ample room for equipment and pouches.

The zippers are robust and covered with a dust and debris flap.

All and all this is an excellent pack for the price.

Good. August 11, 2011

I use it for school (20 pounds of books, binders and stuff) but I use an old backpack liner full of camping supplies and the like and swap it out. Backpack is very well made, only complaint I'd have is that there are a lot of straps you won't use unless you attach more stuff to it.

Great bombproof, all purpose pack. June 19, 2011

Ordered the Eagle A-III in Multicam about 8 months ago. I have put it through heavy use hiking, backpacking, and traveling, and it shows absolutely no signs of wear.  The stitching on the pack screams quality. The cordura it is made out of is highly durable, and the Multicam pattern looks just the way it did 8 months ago.  All of this in addition to Eagle's lifetime warranty make this pack one of the best pieces of gear I have ever used.  If I had to find a complaint it would be that there is a small amount of play with the foam inserts that are inside the straps.  This has never caused me any discomfort or anything of that nature however.
Overall, if your looking for a 3 day pack or the like, this is the best out there for the money.
