Best multi-use backpack to date June 30, 2011
Reviewer: Christopher Watkins from Sumter, SC United States
The Maxpedition Sitka Gearslinger is the best multi-use backpack I have ever used. Its lightweight, durable, and has space for the essentials. While taking short hikes I am able to stow a IFAK, knife, MRE, firestarter, signalling devices, cell phone, Glock 17 with 2 mags and extra socks. Properly positioned it is very comfortable and doesnt get in the way.

In the city I stow snacks, EDC items, water bottles and reading material. It doesnt stick out too bad in khaki color and looks way better than a fanny pack...lol

Anyway you cant go wrong with this pack, wheteher your a hiker, city dweller, or undecover ninja this pack has the space and comfortability you need to take your arsenal with you. I highly recommend this pack.

The perfect tactical diaper bag June 20, 2011
Reviewer: Rob Solo from San Diego, CA United States
When I needed a manly diaper bag, I discovered the Maxpedition Sitka.  Since then, it's been the perfect bag.

Enough space inside to carry diapers (for both of my kids), a changing pad, baby powder, and wipes.  The "gearslinger" aspect is perfect.  I can swing this baby to the front and be ready for a tactical diaper change without having to remove my bag.

It has MOLLE padding on the side and front for addicitonal pouches.  I've added pouches that carry pepper spray, iPhone, basic first aid items, multi-tool, flashlight.  I've also added the Maxpedition velcro holster and magazine pouch.  They carry my Glock 27 and two magazines.

Pros: great quality, size, customizable, comfortable strap.

Cons: None.

Perfect day pack June 14, 2011
Reviewer: Anonymous Person from United States
This bag is basically the perfect size for a day pack. The pockets are well sized and laid out, and just as easily accessed when slung around to the front as when you take it off. The main compartment is large enough to fit a change of clothes, as well as all the odds and ends you'd need throughout the day. The straps keep the bag secure, even when running.
