GREAT GLOVES.....BUT! August 10, 2018
Reviewer: Anonymous Person
I have had these gloves for over 2 years. Mostly used for weapons manipulation, holding onto a handrail, searching people ect.. but still the little pig stickers in the palm and on the fingers have come completely off less than year in. It looks cool and works for a short term then they start to come off. Please fix this with something more fitting to the advertised use of the glove. thanks!

Worth depends on what you're using it for May 17, 2018

$30 Regular & $33 Multicam have pros & cons...

Both fit *amazing*. Both easy to don & remove. Both wear out fairly fast but don't claim not to. Regulars use 2 panels for grip side of glove, vs. Multicam's 1 panel. Regulars have screened silicone grip applied *around* tiled "PiG" logo, vs. thinner silicone *as* the "PiG" logo, on Multicams. This makes Regulars durable climbing, or w/ rough grip stippling. The tradeoff is thicker silicone grip bunches up on all your fingers, esp trigger finger
-- which w/ milspec triggers returning fire on Taliban, isn't as big a deal as LEOs w/ long revolver dbl-action first shot, or IPSC / IDPA.

The Multicam's give dexterity & tactile feedback w/ competition systems, esp triggers. When conditions are controlled & performance valued, less durability of Multicam grip, on thinner but one-piece grip surface, is a fair trade. Since I compete, +$3 for Multicams best fits my use case. Yours may differ; buy with SKD's hella-fast shipping, accordingly.

Spend the extra for these May 11, 2018

There's a slight difference between these and the gray/green/tan FDTs, as I have both -- the lower-cost ones have rubber grip silkscreening with the "Pig" logo negative-space-embossed, meaning the letters are the base material, everything else is the rubber grip. The multicam ones are the opposite -- the logo is the grip.

This was criticized early on for wearing off, so they switched to negative-space grip on the regular FDTs. The problem I have with that is, that extra grip bunches up, esp on the trigger finger, something the multicam ones don't do. I've been a sportrider, commuter, motorcycle mechanic and racer for years, so having gloves that protect yet do not bunch up on the controls are a big deal for me.

Unless you're planning to go super-high-speed with your operations and rappel as well as shoot... I'd get the multicams, esp if you're a pistol marksman like myself and require gloves that don't compromise grip and trigger finger technique.
