I was looking for a new pouch to use as an IFAK pouch.
Before I was using a Tactical Tailor GP pouch but I needed to keep things organized.
And since I've only had excellent experiences with Eagle's products I chose their pouch.
It's got very solid zippers, the stitch-work is second to none and it's internal straps and dividers keeps everything organized.

Pros:
+Takes any kind of abuse thrown at it without even receiving a mark
+Has enough room to even work as an extended IFAK and/or a trauma kit pouch
+Internal straps keeps all your items organized when in dire need

Cons:
-I would like to see MOLLE webbing on the outside so you could mount a tourniquet.
-Also lacks velcro that could be used to add "no pen" and bloodtype patches

For those who want top-notch quality in material, workmanship, and flexibility in an individual first aid kit (IFAK), look no further!!! Like all of Eagle's products, this medical pouch is built like a tank and dead-on practical for the end user. I've used one of these (in Multicam) on my Eagle CIRAS armor carrier in Iraq forever and it's proven it's value time and again. The internal elastic straps always keep things organized and secure with plenty of room for anything/everything for the individual user.

Like I said, a damn good IFAK from Eagle Industries!!!

I had heard really good stuff about Eagle gear and I was not let down by this product. It is very well constructed and well designed. I bought it to carry a blow out kit in and it does the job well. The other reason that i bought this pouch is due to it's size. It fits perfectly in my flight suit leg pocket.

I purchased this to replace an aging FAK bag I had been using for backpacking. I really like this pouch as it is able to hold enough supplies to keep a group prepared for around a week depending on how accident prone the members are. If out for longer than that, in dangerous conditions I would want a larger kit, but this suits for most hiking.

Easily accomodates the med gear I carry. 2x Quickclot, dressings, tape, gloves, etc. I ran a pair of shears in the open MOLLE.

The Eagle Medical Pouch is my favorite pouch for my teams blow out kits.  It is well organized and easy to get to.  It is not too bulky and yet fits enough medical gear to work in combat.  The only drawback is it is attached.  I like the newer medical pouches that can Velcro off the kit.
