PIG Plate Carrier G-Hook Side Release Buckle Kit (PIG-PC-GH-SRB)
Each PIG-PC-Chassis includes this item as a primary attachment for front and back plate carriers. This kit provides 2 additional assemblies to use as field replacements, or to attach additional accessories to the array of G-Hook anchors on the PIG-PC padded shoulder straps. We have scores of customers ordering the PIG-PC-GH-SRB to use on other products from different manufacturers, but we do not offer any guarantees regarding compatibility with different platforms.
G-hooks will attach to any 1" webbing slot (for example a Molle channel for a horizontal install, or 1" webbing on backpack or Plate Carrier shoulder straps for a vertical install) and the 1" SRB is from ITW.

Pig Plate G Hook side release buckle kit
Bought this as an attempt to replace the harness on the TAPS rig. It's mehhhhhhh. The g hooks don't sit well horizontally and would probably be better to run vertical. i havent tried the hook vertically as i have QDSM buckles running vertically. This will work with any MOLLE webbing. so get it. its quality.

Works fine with crye avs
I got this product to secure my hsg chest rig to my crye avs kit and it works fine.

Great design
The swift clip design is awesome. I really like not having to drape my chest rig over the outside of my body armor. With this system I'm able to clip the rig in exactly where I want it and it stays there the whole time. My only complaint is the straps should have a bungee material in them instead of being solid with no play. You have to get your body armor on exactly the same way each time in for the buckles to line up. If your armor doesn't have the top buckles already... Go to downrange gear, you can get them there.

Would recommend as a must have extra!
Great for attaching your rifle or other gear to the carrier. If positioned correctly on the harness, your rifle can be easily fired without having to disconnect it from the carrier.

pig carrier
This carrier is great..... But being a larger guy it would be nice if the cumberbun was available in a larger size. I've made it work for now... thanks for a great item.

Sturdy
Haven't had to use them yet but compared them to my current buckles that came with the plate carrier and they seem to be of equal quality and strength.
